The Challenge

All the sales consultants had been supplied with new computers. The sales consultants needed to know how to maximize the use of Microsoft Outlook and the Internet for their business. They also required a brief overview of Microsoft Word. The training schedule had to be flexible to accommodate their shift patterns and levels of computer competence.

The Solution

Training on a one to one basis, each individual received training in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word. Training took place at the client's premises and was tailored to be industry specific.
